Menu Plan Monday 2/14

Here is my menu for the week. Very simple/frugal meals. Trying to just eat out of the pantry mainly as we're working on keeping our grocery budget as low as possible this month!

Monday - Valentines Day! Grilled Cheese sandwiches while we watch KU basketball (real romantic huh?) lol or maybe I'll get lucky and hubby will bring home some Panda Express maybe??

Tuesday - Cheesy Chicken with Rice

Wednesday - Bean/Beef Enchiladas w/ chips and salsa

Thursday - Soup w/ rolls (I think I'll attempt homemade bread again - we'll see how that goes! haha)

Friday - Pizza
